1. Scope
These Terms govern the provision of business software development services, informational digital products, and tangible items offered by DevNorya.
2. Services
DevNorya offers tailored software development services. Each engagement is subject to a project agreement outlining deliverables, schedule, milestones, and fees.
3. Digital Products
Informational digital products (Infoproducts) include e-guides, templates, and code libraries provided via download or secure access.
4. Goods
Tangible goods such as hardware or printed materials shall be shipped to the address specified by the client under the terms in this agreement or on our purchase page.
5. Refund Policy
DevNorya processes requests for partial or full reimbursements subject to the following conditions:
- Services: Requests for reimbursement must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the date on which the service commenced. Approved reimbursements will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Infoproducts: Digital materials may be eligible for a 50% reimbursement if the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase and less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Goods: Physical items may be eligible for an or reimbursement if sent back undamaged within 30 days of receipt. Clients are responsible for shipping costs for sending back items unless DevNorya shipped a defective item.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, including on-site consultations and custom architecture design retained for future work, are non-refundable due to resource and time allocation. This is detailed in the service agreement for each project.
7. Modification and Transfer of Services
Clients may request modifications to project scope prior to final delivery. Approved changes will be scheduled and may affect fees and timeline. Unused service hours may be transferred to a future project within six months of purchase upon written request.
